The Deputy of National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia Mr. Grigor Avalyan hold a working meeting with Noyemberyan municipality staff, the Council of Elders and representatives of organizations involved in social and economic development of the community in the Municipality of Noyemberyan on December 16, 2017.
The meeting was organized to discuss problems existing in Tavush region, Noyemberyan community, particularly, to solve the problems which require corresponding legislative reclamations and regulations.
The participants offered Mr. Avalyan that in upcoming sittings of National Assembly to bring forth the problem of legalization of illegal constructions in border communities without additional fines, taking into account the fact that most of them are private houses or non-residential areas which are subject to taxation, and in case of their legalization the community will increase the local payments. It was also mentioned that business and service sector entities operating in Noyemberyan community need to be given tax privileges, as a result of which new businesses and jobs will be created.
Mr. Grigor Avalyan expressed his readiness to continually support and be consistent to actualize every prospective business idea offered by Noyemberyan community active groups, which will be aimed at creating new jobs and ensuring the well-being of the local population.
“Tavush Region Integrated and Balanced Economic Development” project working team presented details about the establishment of small businesses in the Tavush region. It was mentioned that Tavush region farmers, involved in the production and processing of agricultural products, need consistent state support.
