Development Aid together with International financial institutions and representatives of worldwide development agencies have organized a meeting for the International Cooperation and Development Forum on November 20th in Yerevan on the subject of Upcoming Business Opportunities and of the importance of International Cooperation for the Socio-Economic Development of the country.
“Tavush integrated and balanced economic development” project was presented at the forum by the project Director Hasmik Azibekyan.
Such important topics as the importance of international cooperation for development, procurement procedures, challenges and best practices for working with donors and other were discussed during this meeting.
The speakers highlighted the importance of International Cooperation for facilitation of international trade, promotion of high employment and sustainable economic growth in Armenia and also country’s development needs and business opportunities for private sector companies. They also tried to explore business opportunities with the Development Banks Representatives in Armenia and to explore efficient approaches for Bilateral Cooperation with the Development Agencies Representatives in Armenia.
